Referral Bonus
To encourage our current agents to refer qualified candidates and strengthen our team, we offer a $50 bonus for each new agent successfully hired through referral.The referred candidate must be hired and complete 30 days of successful employment for you to receive the bonus. The referring agent must be employed with Vertu Agent at the time the bonus is paid.Referrals should be submitted through our careers page. The bonus will be processed and paid in the payroll cycle following the new agent's completion of 30 days of employment.
Upsell Bonus
To incentivize and reward agents for expanding client relationships by securing additional virtual assistant placements, we offer an upsell bonus of US$150 for each new virtual assistant hired by their client.The bonus is paid once the new hire has completed 30 days with the client. To qualify, agents must provide written confirmation of the new hire to their Account Manager, including the start date of the new virtual assistant. The bonus will be processed and paid in the payroll cycle following the completion of the new hire’s first 30 days.This policy may change based on company needs and budget considerations. Agents must follow all company guidelines and policies when pursuing upsell opportunities with clients.
