Purpose:
This policy outlines the payment structure, review process, and confidentiality practices for agents at Vertu Agent.
Compensation Components:
Agents will receive a monthly payment of US$1200, which will be deposited on the first workday of each month. Payments are calculated based on the days worked within the payment cycle.
Payment cycle will be cut and processed on the 20th day of the month.
If an agent starts working after the payment cycle has begun, their payment will be prorated at $7.5/hour based on the days worked within the active cycle. This ensures that agents are paid accurately according to the time worked during the month.
Bonuses:
Any additional bonuses provided by clients will be processed in full by us and paid directly to the agent. This means that agents will receive the entire bonus amount without deductions.
Salary Increases:
The starting payment for agents is $1200. Bonus increases will be implemented every 6 months, with an increment of $100, based on tenure with the client.
Compensation for Extra Time:
Compensation for any work performed beyond a 40-hour week will follow the guidelines specified in the company’s handbook. This ensures that any additional hours worked beyond regular schedules are compensated according to established policies.
Payment Process:
Payment will be processed through our HR platform, Deel. Agents can withdraw their funds using their preferred payment method available on Deel.
Performance Evaluation:
Performance evaluations will be conducted by the client and monitored by the Account Manager based on KPIs set by the client. The frequency of these performance reviews will be determined by the client to ensure alignment with their expectations and goals.
Total Compensation:
Vertu Agents' total compensation includes both the base payment and the bonus outlined in the company’s policy.
Confidentiality:
We are committed to handling all payment, and personal account information with strict confidentiality. This policy ensures that sensitive information is protected and managed securely.

For any questions or concerns regarding payment, agents can reach out to their Account Manager. This point of contact will provide assistance and address any issues related to compensation.
